- Processes & Guidelines improvement plans for installations
- Physical auditing of Installation sites
- Pan India stake holder training and roll out plans
- Standardised Installation Practice across the country
- Regular performance review meetings
- Standardised installation practice across the country
- Close coordination and interaction with TBSS
- Customer feedback survey is conducted for installed sites
- Continuous analysis of TBSS customer satisfaction score, Improvement in TBSS feedback processes.
- Formulation of installer strategy for distributer/dealers and 3 P service providers
- Delivery to installation turnaround time
Primary Skills : Customer complaint handling, Market communication techniques, Market analysis and research techniques, Competitor and product and their limitations, Customer and end products and processes.
Full time MBA/PGDM ( Marketing, Operations, Finance, Rural Marketing, Supply Chain ) from an AICTE approved institute.
a. Ensure that the installations of product is error free at customer site.
b. Ensure that the SOPs for the service provided are standardized across India.
c. Ensure that Customer feedback, distributor feedback is considered and processes are improved in the right direction.
d. 15 days travelling (Across India) a month upto first 6 months and afterwards on need basis.
