Exp : Minimum 7yrs (CRM/ Loyalty Programs/ Rewards & Recognition)
Job Role :
- Strategizing, planning and implementing the sharp club activities for the year in coordination with agencies and IT team at HO.
- Budgeting for the year as per the planned calendar of promo.
- Working closely with Design and Product teams to make enhancements to the program.
- Responsible for operational management of the program in market including leading customer behaviour, voucher redemption and bonus point events.
