Senior Manager/Creative Producer - Social & Brand (4-8 yrs)

They are now looking for a Creative Producer to craft compelling digital content from scratch that drives awareness, and inspires action. Job Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with mission and goals.
- Create high-quality and highly shareable video content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Storytelling & Branding:
- Conceptualize, write and produce short-form and long-form content that highlights our beneficiaries' journeys, impact stories, donor testimonials and thought leadership in poverty alleviation.
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms while optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement.
Video Production & Editing:
- Lead end-to-end video production (from ideation to script writing, filming, editing, and publishing)
Social Media Growth & Engagement:
- Stay updated on social media trends and leverage platform-specific best practices to maximize audience growth.
- Analyze engagement data and optimize content based on insights.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with the leadership, impact teams, and beneficiaries to source authentic stories and content ideas.
- Innovate and experiment with new content formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Live Sessions, etc.).
- Collaborate with influencers on LinkedIn, Instagram for joint content opportunities
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding and passion for storytelling- 3-act structure (hook, dramatic focus, pay-offs), Hero's Journey etc.
- 4+ years of experience in social media content production or digital storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content creation.
- Proficiency in scriptwriting tools such as Final Draft, Celtx or similar other tools
- Optional proficiency on video editing tools
- Background in media, communications, marketing, or related fields preferred.
