Senior Manager - Corporate Sales - Event Management Firm (6-12 yrs)
Job Description:
- Executing sales strategy for targeting the Events/Banquet/Venue business of the Corporate and EMC
- Going out in the market, introducing corporate customer about Events, Venue reach, Value proposition.
- Responsible for on-boarding new Corporates/Company to generate recurring events business from them
- Establish and maintain relationships with Corporates/Company in order to generate more and more business
- Hand-holding of the newly acquired channels and resolution of all service related issues with the help of on ground sales team
- Should have a knack for pro-active negotiation and dispute resolution
- Engaging and managing strong internal team relationships.
- Should be able to understand the customer requirements and tailor pitch the product accordingly.
- Should be able to give new ideas for generation of business
- Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales.
- Candidate should have team handling experience.
- Preferring candidates from corporate sales only.
