Senior Manager - Corporate Sales & Client Servicing - Waste Management (4-10 yrs)
Job Title : Manager / Sr Manager - Sales & Client Servicing
Location : Sector 105, Noida
Experience : 4 to 10 years in managing Sales and Client Servicing
Salary range : 6 Lacs to 12 Lacs per annum (based on experience & expertise)
Performance based Incentives will be additional

We are Hiring a Manager or Sr Manager for the Sales & Client Servicing department for our client who are a team of professional Waste Management consultants and implementation experts. A diverse team with a strong grip on Logistics, Compliances, Engineering Services and Behavior Change Communication Campaigning, the client specializes in transforming linear waste management systems to circular waste management systems. They execute the same beginning with a Waste Audit, followed by their Circular Economy Waste Management Strategy and Solutioning services. And in the process, enable better environmental and human health outcomes through a reduction in greenhouse emissions.
The client is involved in projects in 25 states in India.
About the role:
The Client is looking for a results-driven corporate sales and business development professional with excellent interpersonal skills along with street smartness to actively seek out and engage customer prospects & existing company clientele to help acquire new clientele and upsell the existing clients for increase in business for the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
The role includes, but is not limited to:
1) Sales & Business Development :
- Develop strategies to onboard more clients, tie ups and institutions
- Plan the operational resources to implement the business model
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referral, LinkedIn, company databases & consultants, etc.
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Develop sales collaterals and Pitch Decks
- Present, promote and sell products & services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
2) Upselling
- Carve new business opportunities with existing clients- explore synergies (diversify relationship)
- Upsell present project share from the existing clients to bring in incremental business
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Client Servicing and Coordination
- Research market trends, competitors to understand dynamics of the industry
- Perform cost-benet and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to fulfill their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- End-to-end client management & servicing - aiming 90% client retention YoY
3) Order management :
Payment realization - enabling the company to be cashow positive
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Coordinate sales and client servicing eort with team members and other departments Achieve agreed upon sales & client servicing department targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
4) Institution building:
- Build & lead a team of business developers and client servicing in the future
- Serve as a facilitator and delivered trainings for sales onboarding or other training programs
- Build excellent facilitation skills through solid participant feedback (customer satisfaction testimonial feedback, etc.)
Education and Experience:
- Graduate degree from any discipline. MBA in Sales & marketing preferred.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Sales & business development specializing in corporate sales and institutional sales with experience in client servicing and management.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Ability and desire to train others on what good facilitation looks like
- Deep knowledge of sales processes and cycles
- Comfortable in working with a fast-paced start-up environment
Compensation: Between 6,00,000 to 12,00,000 INR CTC per annum, the final pay will be decided based on experience and expertise. This role will also qualify for performance-based incentives based on company norms.
Travel:
- The company has operations in 25 states in India, Local and Interstate travel will be a prerequisite for the role. The cost of travel will be sponsored by the company.
Language Proficiency:
- Strong command over English would be a pre-requisite, Ideal candidates will have experience working, writing, and communicating in English.
