PURPOSE:
- The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the company. Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts. He/she should have a strong understanding of the product, technology and customer needs.
- This position shall also be responsible for leading and developing a strong and success driven Sales team/network across the respective regions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Corporates for Business to meet targets and achieve Company's objectives
- Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment for all orders secured
- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLA's. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
- Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel
- Seek appointments and meet Senior Bankers (GM- s, ED's & above) /FI's / NBFC's etc and explain Rubix Offerings
