Senior Manager - Content Writing (5-12 yrs)
Specific Accountabilities
.Content development using Instructional Design techniques and skills; Designing and developing contents and course material for training of various constituents of Ops, IT & Business Partner- s
- Partner with departments to create Training contents based on TNA and Training Aids
- Capturing training need analysis for various constituents across OPS functions & IT.
- Develop and manage certification processes, Implementing evaluation process online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on knowledge and skills of all the trainees
- Ensure standardisation of delivery post content creation and measure training effectiveness
- Creating Blended Learning Structures for various programs for all channels & functions/Business Partner- s
Skills Required
- Proven abilities in researching, adopting and introducing new training techniques, aids and technologies to manage change.
- Ability to influence without formal reporting lines, and relate to people at all levels.
- Excellent knowledge on financial services and Insurance.
- Ability to design different levels of certification programs across channels and functions.
- Ability to build uniformity & standardization in content.
- Ability to fulfil skills & developmental needs on eLearning platform & Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ability to manage both the creative and administrative aspects of the role.
- Degree/Diploma/ Certification in Instructional design & Adobe Captivate 9, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate Studio
- Ability to work on Vyond or similar software to create animated learning videos
- Should have excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint & Online learning tools
