Senior Manager - Company Partnership - Startup (2-5 yrs)
Board Infinity is a higher education ecosystem enabling meaningful connections between students and employers. Students get focused personalized coaching for roles they aspire to be in and they get inducted into companies on our platform. We are catalysts who accelerate careers.
It was started by 2 alumni from a top B-School in India. It is a team of an ex management consultant and an ex entrepreneur. The startup is in its growth phase currently with strong business model and active customers.
Job Description: Generating revenue for the team through closing sales deals either over the phone or face to face with companies, startups. The candidate has to on board startups and major MNCs and offer Board Infinity platform's services. Handle operations with respect to company onboarding and customer experience delivery.
Manage strategic initiatives for the business, both B2B and B2C. The candidate will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni, coaches and mentors of premier colleges. Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts.
Eligibility Criteria
- MMS/PGDM - 2nd year student or 2017 pass out ( should be able to join immediately )
Preferences
- 0 to 2 years experience prior experience before MBA
- Willingness
- Prior experience in B2B sales, consulting, teaching etc
- Self starter who is always brimming with ideas
- High understanding of the problems companies face while hiring people
- Someone with a broader business mindset and not think in functional silos
- Ability to take on core team role within a year's time
- Someone who would really like to hustle and work in a startup environment

Responsibilities Include:
- Handle Sales & Marketing on the Company sidesalong with the directors of Board Infinity
- Handle Operations of On-boarded companies and recruitment drives
- Strategic Initiatives and Projects implementation
- Make sales pitches in front of directors in companies
- Address startup audience and active B2B Netowkr
- Generating revenue by converting companies to use Board Infinity platform
- Answer questions about products/service and delivering to the need of the customer.
- Logging conversations of prospects in CRM software
- Helping the team through training and mentoring
Location : Mumbai
CTC : 3.5 to 7 LPA (based on interview performance, past experience). Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Growth y-o-y for next 3 years will be in range of 50% - 60%
