Senior Manager - Commercial Sales - Real Estate (8-18 yrs)
- We are hiring for leading Real Estate Consultant based in Mumbai.
- Candidate needs to have experience in real estate commercial property sales.
- Understanding of Real Estate Market.
- Handle clients requirement in lease/rental of commercial property
- Conduct meetings and inspection with clients.
- Handle Team and ensure they meet the target
Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for Commercial Real Estate Sales in Mumbai achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Be responsible for end to end discussion with clients in lease or rental properties.
- Develop relationships with Top Selling Developer and Investors and End-customers.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
- Provide advisory/consultation for the best deal under the best terms.
- Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Build trust, value others , communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Requirement :
- Excellent communication skills in English. (Clarity & Understanding)
- Minimum 8 years experience in any sales.
- Minimum 4 years experience in team handling
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
