Role : The Senior manager will provide vision and leadership to our expanding business teams as they Grow business; Strengthen relationships deliver products and services for clients while supporting agency vision.
- Supervise the development of strategic channel and media approaches that meet client objectives and drive measurable results.
- The Senior manager is a visionary leader who optimizes resources, sets up and refines delivery processes for accounts across, Activation, digital, performance, social ORM and mobile platforms.
- Works with Customer end leadership to 'connect the dots' around business and consumer insights, and articulates digital concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way to clients.
- Focuses on Delivery, retention and consistent growth of key accounts.
- Collaborate with senior level creative and account folks on various accounts to grow and add value to business
- Manage strategic senior-level relationships for our largest clients and helping to guide them with knowledge and solutions appropriate to their businesses, industries and trends.
- Lead and participate in in new business development opportunities for the agency.
Responsibilities :
- Own, manage, grow client accounts.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and CM Margins
- Accelerate Engagement growth in Revenue and Size
- Account Mining, Delivery management, client management, people management, revenue and cost management to ensure the delivery process is profitable as well quality led.
- Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats
- Lead and drive campaigns, and an account growth with lateral services addition, which add to the revenue acquisition process across Digital, content, Development & technology and activation programs.
- Quality control the services to exceed the department's delivery mandates
- Keep abreast of developments within the client's industry and marketing landscape.
- Over all the role will include business growth orientation with 50% key accounts and 50% new business from the key accounts.
- We're looking for someone who has actually been in the weeds and trafficked campaigns, implicitly understands the -technical aspects of the marketing and sales. Has a stellar reputation among employees they have managed, not just clients and their own direct reports.
- 7 - 8 years of marketing specific experience, minimum of 5 years agency experience in managing, building and motivating teams of multiple direct reportees. Expertise and demonstrable success with media planning/strategy, Ability to understand client objectives and translate them into campaign strategies.
