Senior Manager - Client Servicing - Event (4-6 yrs)
Ugrent Opening for Sr. Manager Client Servicing ( Events )
Summary:The incumbent would be reporting to the AVP- Events. The KRA would revolve around client servicing for events and activations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for servicing event needs of the existing clients & up selling to them.
- Efficaciously execute events across the globe.
- Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
- Meeting up with clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.
- Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connects programs etc.
- Presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.
- Co-ordinate with production team to ensure effective execution of the event.
- Allocate briefs to team members after consultation with supervisors. Lead & guide the creative team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation.
- Business Operations (Creative, Planning, Brainstorming, setting up logistics etc.)
- Responsible for Plan & Execution of the project as per standards of service in the Organization
CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION:
- Preferably Preferred education in Event Management
- Hands on experience in planning and managing conferences and events.
- Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skill & ability to handle high pressure situations
- Grounds up experience - servicing clients, running operations, some design sense and street smartness
- Ability to lead n develop internal teams
- Has had exposure to Corporate Events (at least on National level)
- Decent and pleasing personality
