Senior Manager- CASA Sales - Bank (2-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility -
1. Business Acquisition
- Ensures acquisition & value build of new to Bank CASA customers in the branch in the identified segments.
- Ensures value enhancement n the mapped portfolio by offering appropriate products in accordance with customer needs that results in increase in overall wallet share.
- Undertakes profile based cross sell of value added products such as Trade Forex, CMS, POS, Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, working capital / loan needs & OPDT and family SA.
2. Team Management
- Ensures Sales process adherence & desired productivity.
- Ensures that team of BRPs meets NTB, Cross Sell and Account quality targets .
- Ensures customer engagement, suitable sourcing basis customer needs & AQB maintenance of accounts acquired.
- Monitors the quality of sourcing of products to evaluate developmental needs of the sales team
- Drives the sales system towards quality standards where risks are well controlled.
- Monitors and ensures sourcing of quality current accounts/saving accounts- in terms of product mix and value driven customer segments.
