Senior Manager - Business Development - Wind/Solar Energy (7-12 yrs)
- Selling of Asset Management services for achieving operational excellence of commissioned Wind and solar power project to small portfolio customers/project owners.
- Efficiently monitoring, project performance improvement & timely corrective and preventive measures.
- Managing existing customer accounts for retention, services, contracts, payments & Invoicing.
- Execution of Service level agreements of renewals by negotiating on prices and services
- Resolution of customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Presentations on project performance to existing clients with satisfaction of their queries at optimum level.
- Contract negotiations & operational management.
- Able to explain & handle queries of customer for wind & solar projects on technical, commercial & regulatory front
- Responsible for closely monitoring the Asset performance, regular reviews and meetings with customer and operation team along with ensuring the compliance with contractual obligations
- Co-ordination with O&M service provider for data flow to technical team for initiating the services and maintainability.
- Understanding contracts / agreements and financial implications.
- Monitoring all Regulatory / statutory changes and implications on performance of asset and returns.
- Maintaining good communications with the customer & operations teams to ensure services are delivered and fit with the company's goals and standards.
- Weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the assets to customer.
- Market studies and competitor tracking
