Desired Candidate Profile : 

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Who will have to develop new business and actively seek new opportunities for all our Verticals (Permanent Staffing / Temporary Staffing / Labour Law Compliance).

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our Clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit

- Visiting Clients on regular basis to understand new business opportunities.

- Provide presentations to hiring managers with regards to the services for fulfilling their staffing needs.

- Understand the job requirements shared by clients.

- Generate report on the monthly expense and revenue sheet.
