Senior Manager - Business Development - Pigment Binders & Finishing Firm (10-15 yrs)

Sr Manager Business Development with strong sales background and also technical knowledge of the products. Experience of Textiles, Pigment Binders and Finishing Agents is the right fit for the role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To effectively lead, develop and manage the Textile & Carpet industry business, ensuring market leadership and high market share [Pan India].
- Identify key markets & channels, devise strategies for Business Development.
- Achieve target sales in Textile Pigment Binders & Finishing Agents.
- Maintain close coordination with the Technology Center for development and modifications of these products
- Undertake responsible credit management: credit control and credit risk assessment.
- Ensure timely collections (payments, receivables) and set appropriate credit terms and credit limits.
- Build strong business relationships with customers.
- Effectively resolve customer Issues and queries.
- Continuously capture market intelligence & monitor the new customer trends/activities.
- Generate MIS for sales & collections on a regular basis.
Eligibility :
- Graduate in Science/Chemical Engineering and Post Graduate in Marketing.
- 10 to 15 Years of Experience in Textiles, Pigment Binders and Finishing Agents.
- Sales with Technical Knowledge.
