Senior Manager - Business Development - Pharma/Heathcare (8-10 yrs)
Education: Graduate / Post-graduate.
Experience: 8-10 of relevant experience in Healthcare / Healthtech aggregator / Diagnostic provider / Pharmacy / TPA / Wellness companies
- Build partnerships with diagnostic chains, hospitals, and clinics to offer cashless OPD, diagnostics, dental treatment, vaccinations, and other healthcare services to DocOnline customers.
- Manage the end-end provider relationship with cost negotiation, agreement finalization, process development, and service activation.
- Analyze partner-related customer escalations & identify the root cause to eliminate/reduce the complaints in the future.
- Generate monthly MIS to indicate the network penetration on the DocOnline customer demographics, usage reports, and plan to improve usage.
