Senior Manager - Business Development - Loyalty (8-11 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Winning in a competitive environment
2. Complete knowledge of loyalty industry including staying abreast of latest developments and standards of excellence
3. Participating and leading in pipeline building, prospect meetings and engaging with clients in solution building to win long term contracts
4. Cross-leverage multi-sector learning to create value for potential clients
5. Participating in weekly forecast meeting and structured reporting on sales activity and forecast
Desired Profile :
- 8+ years of enterprise sales and account management experience as an individual contributor
- 5+ years of technology sales management experience combined with a proven track record of success in a similar enterprise sales environment
- Proven and recent experience of managing and closing complex sales-cycles with Fortune 500 accounts, and a proven record of navigating within complex client organization structures
- Demonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles used in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO level
- Key industry knowledge and ability to effectively articulate the value proposition and methodology
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Strong customer references and team references
- MBA from a reputed university
