- Their services are being used by various eCommerce companies, regular stores and retailers, as well as individuals through their convenient app. The founder is a Standford Business graduate, with over 30 years of experience in hospitality and successful stints at entrepreneurship disrupting different industries at a time.

- As a Sr. BD Manager, you will identify and develop new and prospective key clients across Delhi/ NCR by visiting markets and meeting the required targets.

What you will do :

- Meeting key customer personnel and branch personnel who have worked with customers


- Identifying and evaluating additional needs,analyzing opportunities.

- Initiating sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.

- Developing sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions


- Introducing new products and services and ensures support.

- Exploring and Analyzing the market, generating sales leads.

- Identifying potential customers

- Transforming the sales leads into revenue-generating business

- Targeting new Customer, Promote the services of all entities, Collection of Payments.

- Meeting and exceeding targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- Somebody who is well versed with Delhi / NCR and have a good hold over merchant acquisition and other client management

- Experience from Payment Industry/ Startups/ Logistics/ Courier/ E-commerce will be mandatory

- Minimum 6-8 years experience for in senior business development roles

- Very good at hunting.

- Must have good knowledge of Sales & Business processes.

- Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills required.

- Able to work independently yet a good team player and a quick learner.

- Experience selling to businesses, specifically to SMEs, corporates, governments

- Experience across the sales cycle, from new lead generation to closing of the sale

- Experience selling product that requires push-sales with quick turnaround time

- Maintaining the database of prospects of the company.
