Senior Manager - Business Development - IT (6-8 yrs)
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers for company's product & services and pitching the prospects.
- Building and managing relationships with potential and allocated existing clients.
- End to end Sales cycle for Software Solutions/ product (UI/UX design, Mobile App development, Web Application Development, Quality Assurance)
- Acquisition of new clients/customers
- Prepare self-action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Understanding the market potential & formulate the Sales plans accordingly,
- Preparing presentations and broachers and following up with international leads.
- Make a result-oriented sales team and should take the initiative and create opportunities to drive more business from the clients readily articulate a comprehensive understanding of solutions/services
Job Specifications :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role (atleast 5 years experience in IT sales)
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills. (UK/US accent is a plus)
- Critical thinking, decision making and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to get results - be a go getter.
- Ability to work with various teams and clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problem statements, prioritise and drive insightful analysis, and translating them into practicable business initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years' of industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
