Senior Manager - Business Development - IT (2-5 yrs)
Sr. Business Development Manager- Partnership
Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and implementing industry-specific plans & strategies for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Assist in prospecting and identifying key partners.
- Assist in developing commercial and strategic relationships with target partners.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to align initiatives to drive growth in line with organizational goals, and build a multi-level relationship engagement between the partner
- Assist in designing joint go-to-market strategies, enabling easy adoption of firm offerings throughout the partner's customers while creating significant value for the partner.
- Understand the business needs of the partners and their customers, and build strong relationships with partners so that they can propagate their success.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years experience with Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role.
- Experience working with, or servicing, banking or financial services organizations is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience of partnerships with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Nucleus would be a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Proven networking skills with the ability to convince others to go the extra mile.
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
- Proven ability to work with CXOs and business heads.
- Self-motivated and track record of driving results under minimal supervision.
- Willing to join immediately ideally.
- Fluency in English is a must.
