- We are looking for a versatile Sales Professional with experience in high-performance driving background pertaining to New Client Acquisition, Retention, Deal Negotiations and Managing Profit Centres with increased productivity & ROI across a diverse spectrum of industry sectors in international market for US/Europe/APAC/Middle East geographies for IT software development services.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Must have experience in Mobile Application and Web Development.

- Prior experience of leading the software services sales business and generating business clients & revenues from scratch.

- Must have experience in generating software development services in the domain of Enterprise Mobile App & Web portal, Digital transformation, DevOps, RPA, Custom software development.

- Must have experience in lead generation for software development company in US/Europe/APAC/Middle East

- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment and Improve our sales process with a focus on key international markets.

- Prior experience of generating business of at least 1M USD in software development services

- Experience in domestic markets working with large enterprises will be an added advantage

- Analyze markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors position and depth of customer base to re-design marketing strategy for enhanced revenue and profit generation.

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers (CXOs).

- Expertise in Tender Preparation and Participation, EOI etc.
