Senior Manager - Business Development - IT (10-15 yrs)
Strategic Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various channels. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue streams and market share.
Client Acquisition & Retention : Lead the efforts to acquire new clients while nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients. Build trust and rapport to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide strategic insights that inform business development decisions.
Sales Leadership : Manage and mentor the business development team. Set clear sales targets, track progress, and guide team members to achieve objectives.
Negotiation & Proposal Development : Lead negotiations and assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts. Ensure that all business deals align with company goals and profitability.
Partnership Development : Identify potential strategic partners and form alliances that can drive growth and expand market reach.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Prepare sales forecasts and deliver regular performance reports to senior management. Monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure success and implement corrective actions when needed.
