Sr. Business Development Manager (International Sales)
Our client is in business of manufacturing Precision Machined Components in small as well as large batch quantities. They also manufacture our own industrial product which is Machine Tool Accessory. Its An ISO 9001-2008 certified company serving domestic & overseas customer majorly from Germany, UK and other European countries.
Reporting to : Director - Business Generation
Qualification:
- Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience out-of which 5-7 years of machining processes followed by 8-10 years of Business Development for Manufacturing Services in precision machining or ancillary manufacturing services or industrial services
- Strong knowledge of Marketing & Sales processes.
Skill Required:
- Ability to communicate with prospect & to create reasonable level of interest in services and manufacturing capability.
- Fair knowledge of most of the machining processes.
- Business Development with OEM, T1 & T2 component manufacturers.
- Techno savvy for searching right prospects and ability to establish contacts with right stake holders.
- Efficient in travel plan preparation.
- Effective liasoning between prospect and Engineering team.
Responsibilities :
- Creating and building database of prospects and leads in Domestic & Overseas market.
- Prospect validation and qualification.
- Business opportunity identification and closure.
- Effective Account mapping.
- Eliciting sales opportunities from the qualified prospects.
- Quantifying business potential and opportunity closer.
- Participating in trade shows, seminars and exhibitions for the purpose of promotion of company and lead generation.
- Participation in developing company's business strategies to achieve targets.
