Senior Manager - Business Development - HVAC (5-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and feedback
- Actively engage in Lead Generation activities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings, and, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to the prospects.
- Collaborate with team members and engage in frequent reviews and reports with sales manager.
- Take complete ownership of sales cycle from prospecting to collections
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Skills required :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS-Office expertise, and hands-on experience with CRM is a plus
- Thorough understanding of Marketing and Negotiation Techniques
- Target oriented and Problem solving attitude
- Team player
- Experience Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in Direct Enterprise B2B Sales
