A Leading chain of Boutique hotels in Mumbai requires a Sr. Manager Business Development and the responsibilities include
Job Title: Sr. Manager Business Development
Job Responsibilities -
- Micro market mapping of clients (existing as well as potential)
- On patch and off patch sales
- Conducting sales calls to potential/ existing clients.
- Sales planning/ forecasting/ target achievement.
Key Skills:
- Having corporate sales experience of 500 plus room night sales per month with a minimum revenue achieved of 5 - 6 lacs
- Corporate client knowledge - Ask them to name their top 10 clients (to get a fair idea if they really are working with them)
- Ask them about sales process - SPANCO (Suspect, Prospect, Approach, Negotiation, Close, Order)
- Above in addition to their control on language will give you a fair idea
- Any candidate who has worked in stated area
