Senior Manager - Business Development - Gaming/B2C/Entertainment (5-9 yrs)
Experience : 5-9 years. At least 3 years related work experience in Gaming/B2C/Entertainment OTT digital companies on similar function.
Education : Bachelor's Degree with an MBA from a reputed institution is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing business development strategies for one or more games and to execute the same
- Management of partnership & collaboration programs across esports, marketing, in-game events & third-party payment partners.
- Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to develop strategic goals and KPIs
- Planning and monitoring the business performance regularly. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound communication and business development strategy, negotiation processes, structure, and best practices across the team. Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with pre-defined project schedule
- Maintain daily reports and monitor performance.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Overall experience of 5-9 years of which at least 3 years in Gaming/B2C/Entertainment OTT digital companies on similar function.
- Demonstrated capability in successfully delivering partnerships with high impact
- Strong sales & negotiation skills.
- Exceptional cross functional skills to influence & manage diverse stakeholders in multiple geographies.
