Senior Manager - Business Development - Electric Bus Business (5-8 yrs)
Description
- Develop financing models for Electric Bus business
- Develop relationship with various Bus OEMs
- Work on developing strategic partners for promoting the business
- Participation in STU tenders
- Forge relationship with STUs for influencing specifications
- Develop relationship with Key operators in the country for partnering
- Develop and implement strategy for developing business and achieving sales targets
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Manage and improve on overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management, and provide accurate sales forecasting for demand planning
- Hiring, training and regular progress auditing
- Define and oversee incentive programs that enables staff to achieve their potential
- Manage the relationship with internal teams like product, legal, finance and operations teams
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure that the right OEMs are partnered with
- Participate in market forums
- Utilize EMA to help influence policies
