Senior Manager - Business Development - eCommerce/FMCG (7-9 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Business plans, onboarding merchants in the Grocery, fish, meat, and food industries, etc
- Create new Business independently by identifying and acquiring new large corporate and SME customers directly.
- Manage relationships with the existing accounts to drive more sales every month.
- Work with the Ops team to set up a delivery channel to honor the services committed to Key Accounts.
- Lead generation through various sources.
- Manage all agreements, renewals, and price revisions with existing and new customers.
- Interface with senior management to provide customer feedback and market intelligence based on interactions with the Customer.
- Proactively address any issues faced by customers to maintain trust.
- Escalating & resolving the issues raised by the clients.
- Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.
- Responsible for revenue generation in the given territory.
Must have :
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, especially in the domain of FMCG/E-Commerce/Hyperlocal deliveries.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and ability to think out of the box.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage different accounts at a time.
- Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
