Senior Manager - Business Development - Consumables & Media Category - eCommerce (11-15 yrs)

Amazon is looking for an experienced Category Manager to manage the category assigned, in this case, Consumables & Media, for the 3P Seller team.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Oversee all work and responsibilities of the Consumables & Media Category Business Development function in the 3P marketplace business. Owner of the business goals that the assigned Category team needs to deliver on, including the GMS from each team.
- Work with the sales, category, supply chain, account management and business development teams to identify the high demand products that need to be replicated across regions.
- Manage the team of account managers that engage with the most strategic accounts that operate on the Amazon.in marketplace.
- Lead the in-stock management function, and take on goals pertaining to fill rates of high GV selection on the marketplace.
- Work with the Sales teams to identify and acquire sellers who can help replicate the high GV selection across regional clusters.
- Owner of all tools and mechanisms that need to be put in place, to enable effective delivery of results listed above.
- Work with external agencies/companies to facilitate the achievement of the goals listed above, to have oversight into some of the functions like Account Management, while not directly managing the same.
