Senior Manager - Business Development (8-15 yrs)
- Responsible to achieve the overall GP target.
- Daily, weekly and monthly meetings with hiring managers and technical panel to understand their requirements, setup timelines for closure and fulfilling hiring delivery on time.
- Account Management, resource allocation and planning, management reporting
- Responsible for Client relationship management, Stakeholder management and issue resolution.
- This position performs interacting with managers, business partners and major clients for helping the organization setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Responsible for developing trust relationship with a portfolio of major clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Responsible for acquiring thorough understanding of key clients and requirements.
- Strategic planning and hiring for the clients to increase the closure volume with no delay in follow up with stakeholders and clients. Adherence to the timelines pertaining to closure of business requirements.
