About Our Client :

Our client is challenging old media buying practices by pushing the digital advertising landscape to new heights. Their branded content and solutions team is a key revenue driver and ideas hub for the organisation.

The role involves working with teams across their platform. These include sales, operations, commercial, marketing, product and programming teams. You will also be interfacing with clients and agencies to ideate, sell and manage brand solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom pitches and sponsorship proposition for marquee content properties our platform while closely interacting with cross-functional teams to drive closures.

- Imperative to have a creative bent of mind to develop ideas from scratch based on Brand briefs to help build on a robust branded content pipeline

- Exceptional presentation skills to showcase developed concepts/ideas

- Production House understanding and working collaboratively on developing and building IPs

- Understand and develop a good network also of production houses to help seamlessly execute brand approved concepts and build on IP development

- Great networking skills and confident in client /agency interactions and presentations

- Ideate and work with front line sales, marketing, product, technology & ops team at Hotstar to develop compelling advertiser offerings

- To sum up  your responsibility includes ideation and IP development, revenue planning and forecasting, pitch/deck creation,  our platform specific solutions and smooth operational execution

Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience in digital sales /Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem is a must.

- Preferred Qualification: MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes.

- Experience in Branded content & solutions / Sales strategy experience is an added asset

- Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets.

- Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations.

- A concise yet inspiring communicator

- Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network and have effective negotiations skills
