Job Description:
Position: Senior Manager - Brand/ New Product Development - Content
Main purpose:
Pilot creative approach, budgeting, execution, and delivery of strategic content of the digital ecosystem:
chamborgeneva.com, retailer.com, social and global digital 360s
Role:
1. Lead digital creative strategic development in line with set brand vision, objectives and creative guidelines.
2.Develop, design, plan and execute digital media assets and campaigns across all existing and emerging digital / social channels and platforms.
Accountability:
1. Per guidelines, establish stylish visual language and on-brand content effectively engaging and growing target consumer audience.
2. Meet social following objectives and contribute to brand sales targets.
3. Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters,consumer engagement and product marketing teams to craft brand and content strategy.
4. Plan and budget, track costs of content asset requirements including influencer selection,communication and coordination.
5.Produce and coordinate fresh, on-brand, engaging videos, static images, graphics, and other multimedia content.
6. Manage direct reports: content writer and graphic designer.
7.Manage Content Production Studio to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met within budget.
8. Abreast and fluent in industry/advertising/cultural trends.
