Senior Manager - Brand Marketing - BFSI (4-10 yrs)
Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Responsibilities :
1. Build the overall 360 marketing strategy for the brand across channels.
2. Define brand communication strategy and build social media presence.
3. Take ownership of the marketing content calendar and all brand social handles.
4. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with the business objective of driving user growth
5. Responsible for the monthly targets and budgets for the digital marketing
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly
7. Collaborate with the product team, copy & design team on campaign development and execution
8. Measure campaign performance across channels and assess against goals
Requirement :
1. 3+ years of experience in a brand marketing role for a B2C tech product. Preferably Fintech or Social/ Community
2. Experience in running successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and geographies.
3. Understanding of paid campaign strategies across channels to drive revenue (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, and more).
4. Deep understanding of analytics tools to track and capture key data of the campaigns.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to take new initiatives and push the boundaries constantly.
