Senior Manager - Brand Management - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
Job Description:
- Coordination with various agencies/consultants involved in the Brand management exercises such as Brand strategist, artwork designers, secondary packing designers, website designers etc
- Generating new, innovative Strategies and fresh idea of brand development
- Providing insights and inputs on various facets of brand management specially consumer Phsycy.
- Interact with Marketing Manager and Marketing Head to understand requirements from the brand and accordingly build brand strategy.
- Explore co-marketing and co-branding partnerships with external partners and agencies
- Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand.
- Maintain and establish strong relationships with agencies to ensure cost effectiveness and high quality results.
- Responsible for overall Brand Management including Brand Strategy & Planning, Brand Activation, Brand Communication,Media Planning& Management,Consumer Insight and Market Intelligence etc.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Job Summary
- Strong co-ordination with internal and external entities for overall development and management of the existing brands
- Identify new opportunities for brand extension and work closely with R&D team to come up with final products.
- Well versed and actively involved in Conceptualization of Artworks,FDA Designs,interacting with PR Agencies,strategizing, packaging and end to end co-ordination
- Ensures marketing activities comply with the relevant acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate business and branding standards
- Overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy and accountable for products financial performance
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Align the company around the brands direction,choices and tactics.
