Senior Manager - Brand - BFSI (6-11 yrs)
- Design, develop and implement customer and channel influencing programmes and platform to position the company and brand appropriately.
- Design, develop and conduct, relevant market research, to assess consumer, channel and consultants perceptions, thereby enabling identification of market opportunities for new and existing product lines, as well as recall rates like TOMA (Top of Mind Awareness)
- Develop the PR strategy for the company and work closely with the PR agency to leverage all media and positioning opportunities and establish thought leadership platform both in India and international markets.
- Work closely with the advertising agency, publication and electronic channels to ensure maximum relevance and reach through robust and scientific media planning.
- Develop standardized panels & display materials for domestic and overseas trade shows and exhibitions.
- Work closely with Business Heads and Management, to agree, a product group wise calendar for the year on participation in trade shows, exhibitions and ensure appropriate execution and consent development.
- Develop marketing collaterals, promotion material for ATL/BTL as per agreed frequency and quality norms to support field business operations.
- Evaluate, redesign and continuously monitor the company website in terms of interactivity, content, aesthetics, both for a domestic & international market.
- Ensure all branding initiatives are consistent, intentional and differentiated.
- Work closely with customer care team to build end customer database for ensuring mailing and communication opportunities.
- Develop, agree and implement the plan for a cohesive deployment of vision, values and strategic intent to the employees and external world.
- Conceptualize, programme and messaging, to build a distinctive uncluttered brand equity for the company to support and strengthen the market leadership position.
- Design & develop an external newsletter for channel partners, customer, posting on intranet, website.
- Ensure that creative bandwidth is looked at and created within the company by building a robust organization and manning of the same.
- Work closely with existing agency partners and evaluating and appointing new agency partners for ensuring optimum attention to all product groups both for domestic and overseas markets.
- Design and develop a close looped lead management system for leads received from the web, e-mails and other marketing activities.
- Monitoring and clearance of supplier invoices to ensure reliability and correct billing.
- Develop, agree and execute the plan on promotional giveaways, greeting cards calendars and other items.
- Design, develop and deploy along with business Heads, internal communication focusing on the business result, major achievements and breakthroughs.
- Work closely with sales team, channel partners in designing, conceptualizing on designing the display areas, in a standard manner to ensure feel & look of the brand.
