Senior Manager - B2B Sales - Solar DC (8-15 yrs)
- Manage organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals
- Develop marketing or strategic plans for sales territories
- Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation for Solar DC, Solar AC, Rooftop and Ground-mount solar projects
- Reach out to the residential, industrial and commercial customers for Solar DC, Solar AC, Solar Rooftop, and ground-mount solar projects
- Coordinate with EPC Players for hybrid solutions and productive appliance OEMs for collaboration
- Tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople
