- A Senior Sales Manager in a B2B-focused food manufacturing company that produces dehydrated vegetables and spices would be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to reach set targets, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new clients in the business sector. - Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement a sales strategy for the company's B2B division aimed at achieving sales targets. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring the team is on track to achieve KPIs.

- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B clients. This includes addressing any issues or grievances they may have and ensuring their needs are met satisfactorily.

- New Business Development : Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the company's B2B client base. This involves market research, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Product Knowledge : Have a deep understanding of the company's products, including the production processes of dehydrated vegetables and spices. Use this knowledge to effectively promote the products to potential clients and handle any queries they may have.

- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and competitor strategies. Provide insights on market shifts, including new potential markets, to the senior management.

- Team Leadership and Development : Coach and mentor the sales team members, providing them with the training they need to improve their skills and achieve their individual targets. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

- Budget Management : Develop and manage the budget for the sales department, allocating resources in the most cost-effective manner.

- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on the sales department's performance for senior management. This includes sales revenue, client acquisition rates, customer satisfaction scores, etc.

- Qualifications for the role would typically include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is often preferred), proven sales experience in a similar role in the food industry, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
