To lead our growth we are looking for a Sr Manager- B2B Marketing who is expected to drive the company's marketing and branding activitis and in doing so grow the top line of the organisation through active engagement to exceed the revenues of our organisation through deep & cross selling. This person is also expected to enhance our success stories by generating new client leads and help the BD team to get them signup for a smooth transition to our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the explosive growth of our fast growing business by Acquisition & Retention strategies for thousands of SMEs/MSMEs and large enterprises to our platform.
- Drive & optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, as well as, engagement programs to drive long-term engagement.
- Scale up PR/content output to achieve high visibility of our brand in India.
- Lead exciting marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions & campaigns to build our brand among the SME/MSME/Enterprise business ecosystems in India.
- Brand and content. Work with Global, Regional and National marketing/communications teams to manage voice of our brand through content, advertising, email, blogs, and all social channels
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment or a larger company with a strong entrepreneurial culture.
- Proven expertise in digital, content & B2B marketing. Someone who loves the terms ROI, CPA, CPL, CPM etc
- Experience in Product/Technical marketing including marketing strategy, product positioning, brand strategy and user research.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering of marketing campaigns, in both B2C and B2B environments, collaborating with creative agencies
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation from premium institutes preferred.
