Senior Manager/AVP - Sales - Air Compressor (6-12 yrs)
One of my Client is a Leading Air Compressor company who is expanding and wanting to hire a Sales Superstar in South India:
- The Successful candidate must have a strong sales track record, strong leadership and communication skills. He/ She must have a strong acumen in handling high stake negotiation,tactically astute in managing a complex direct and dealer network, along with innovative sales and marketing skills.
Products handled are: Screw Air compressors, Centrifugal Compressors, Gas Compressors,blowers, Nitrogen Generators, High Pressure Compressors, Low pressure Compressors.
- Key account development and territory management .
- Brand development pan India.
- Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development..
- Handling team and dealer development.
- Identification of new promoters and dealers.
- Generating leads, prospects & potential customers from existing clients and participating in trade shows and conferences for business generation.
- Assessing client's requirement and suggesting appropriate product with the right technology, attending sales & trade meetings to obtain information about market conditions, business trends & industry developments.
- Devising techno-commercial proposals for increasing both project and component sales; responsible for handling enquirers, preparing offers and application engineering.
