Senior Manager/AVP - International Sales - Software Solutions & Services (10-15 yrs)
- Seeking a strong Software services sales expert for leading SMAC sales. The incumbent will lead teams comprising of direct sales, inside sales and research teams. The person should have end to end deal closure exposure in the range of minimum of 1 to 5 million USD.
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with customers to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets -
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to close sales deals -
Spearhead sales of technology services including web & mobile application development, Cloud & DevOps, UX led engineering in various geographies
- Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
- Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
- Manage, mentor and drive the team and their revenue targets - Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
Must have:
- Experience in sales of offshore IT services in US/Europe/Middle East market, particularly web & mobile application development
- Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos and negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge - Must have handled a field / inside sales teams - Open to travel - Well versed with technology landscape including cloud, mobility, UX, Agile
- Person should have travelled multiple times and sold in Middle East market and must have experience of closing atleast few million dollar and above deals in SMAC domain. Suave, relationship and rolodex endowed
Should have experience of outbound lead generation and managing senior stakeholders CEO/VP Engineering/CTO
