Job Location: Vadodara
Job Description
- Support the company's distribution initiatives and build relationships with key distributors
- Increase market share & visibility amongst select key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment
- Joint calls with distributor RM in a competitive market and assist them in documentation
- Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team
- Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor's visits, concalls, etc.
- Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value
- Follow applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements
- To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities
- Constant updation on new products & best practices
Candidate Details
- MBA / PG equivalent
- 10+ years experience
- The role incumbent will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that region
- Has managed key distributor relationships with MNC banks like HDFC, SCB, Citi, Kotak wealth etc.
- Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) & Alternate Investment Funds (AIF)
- Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of equity markets
- Willing to work in an Individual contributor role
