Networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability & sales target
Analyzing marketing trends, providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies
Ability to handle a team of executives, guide them in maintaining Relationship with the partners for achieving the business targets
Managing sales & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales/maximized profit in the assigned territory for the smooth flow of operations
Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
Supervising customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services; facilitating first line customer support by answering queries & resolving issues within TAT.
