Senior Manager/Associate Director - Performance Marketing - Digital Agency (8-15 yrs)

Shift time : US Shift - 9 PM to 6 AM. (Fixed)

Criteria's :
- Skills required : Paid campaign exposure of Search/Social Media/Media Planning
- Minimum experience in data-driven paid marketing : 6 years
- Experience of working with a digital agency is preferred
- Team size managed : Minimum 10 members
Responsibilities :
- Creating and presenting strategic digital media plans based on sound analytics, supported by data
- Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting-edge source for digital media strategy
- Deploying appropriate technology platforms to find and engage with key target audience segments
- Create digital media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed and secure approval from clients)
- Develop the annual plan of strategy for the client
- Fair understanding on performance marketing & therefore, lead performance planning & execution
- Manage and engage with client counterparts and internal account teams for key account assignments
