Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Sales - Financial Service (7-14 yrs)
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Merchant acquisition and driving merchant relationship
- Ability to deliver stiff merchant targets in terms of number of locations
- Prepare to go to market strategy, planning, reporting & dashboards on merchant acquisition & sales targets
- Driving business volume from merchants for assigned individual target
- Generation of new database & mining existing database, market research, referrals driving
- Gather required market knowledge & competition information to monitor market dynamics and growing trends
- Coordination with various internal departments including but not limited to technology, operations, sales etc. to ensure quick & smooth end to end merchant on-boarding including commercial closure, agreement closure, go live, activation, etc.
- Be the Subject Matter expert on use of merchant interfaces and work with product team for improvements
- Manage merchant accounts and analyse different ways to optimize merchant revenue
Skills / Knowledge
- B2B & B2M Selling Experience
- Channel Management
- Business Alliances
- Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving
- Experience in Retail industry or/and online portals or/and alliance industry in a solution selling
- Experience in Distribution network mandatory
- Merchant acquisition experience
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Team management.
