Position : Senior Manager/AVP - Online Marketing Head

Profile Overview :

- Senior Manager/ AVP - Online Marketing will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing organic and paid search engine marketing activities in a very fast-paced, multi-tasking, fluid environment.


- This position is key to future growth and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom management of our pay -per - click advertising (for Google, Yahoo, and Bing), and search engine optimization (SEO) activities and Affiliate Marketing.

- The desired candidate will be responsible for performance-based marketing in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought by the affiliate's own marketing efforts. Overlaps with other Internet marketing methods to some degree, because affiliates often use regular advertising methods. Those methods include organic search engine optimization (SEO), Media Buying, paid search engine marketing(PPC - Pay Per Click), e-mail marketing, content marketing and in some sense display advertising.

- This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the search marketing roadmap including banner and online advertising, SEO optimization, cross-sell opportunities, landing page optimization, keyword management, and creation of campaigns, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

- Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

- ROI of marketing campaigns e.g. PPC Campaigns on Keyword Bid, Display campaigns, Mobile Campaigns.

- Direct Hands On the experience of running large performance marketing programs (search, mobile app marketing, remarketing on all devices, programmatic).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEM, Programmatic, Mobile Deep Linking, Cross-Device Tracking, Remarketing, and Display.

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, utilizing a range of techniques including Paid Search, SEO, and PPC.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing Work in partnership with teams across the organization to develop an integrated, forward-looking, ambitious digital culture.

- Formulate, develop and implement the delivery of digital marketing strategy, Take the lead on digital content and technology strategies and roadmap, supporting Digital Engagement in the development and implementation of the overall Digital Engagement strategy to meet the needs of the overall business plan.

- Develop strong relationships with top affiliates in all online markets for better placements and visibility of the brand. Monitor affiliate activity, direct publisher and online mobile traffic from unique quality sources and analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and maximize campaign performance.

- Implement the strategy for onboarding affiliates via programs, including awareness, acquisition and retention tactics to achieve business targets and revenue growth.

- Proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns for user acquisition.

- Knowledge in ad-serving technologies, experience in campaign management.

- Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimize for performance and work towards marketing objectives, Taboola/Yahoo Gemini/Outbrain/Revcontent Ads.

- Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets.

- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.

Desired Skills & Experience - Bachelor's / Marketing Degree preferred.

- 10+ years experience of leading online marketing project includes (SEO, SEM, SMO, and Affiliate).

- 7+ years experience in B2B business development, solutions-sales, alliances/partnerships with 4+ years in the Indian Internet Industry.

- Experience with web/app analytics tools.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work streams.

- Ability to manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders including marketing, creative, media, and content acquisition teams.

- Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven organizational and process oriented, enthusiasm and commitment are required.

- This candidate will be responsible to lead & strategize entire online marketing.

- An experienced professional in Online Marketing Space.

- Direct Hands On the experience of running large performance marketing programs (search, mobile app marketing, remarketing on all devices, programmatic).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEM, Programmatic, Mobile Deep Linking, Cross-Device Tracking, Remarketing, and Display.

- Strong Experience in using data/insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy.
