Position Overview -
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Thermo Adhesives Business team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of thermo adhesive products and applications. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within our Thermo Adhesives Business.
What You Will Do :
Business Development and Sales :
- Lead Generations & Qualifications
- Upselling to Current Customers
- Sales Pipeline Management
Customer Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets Procurement:
- Manage import purchase requirements,
- Oversee domestic purchase processes to ensure timely availability of materials.
Sales Operations Management :
- Order Management, processing of Orders to Sales Order, Invoice creations.
- Logistics Management : Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate sales meetings, events, and training session.
