Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Sr. Manager or AGM Sales from Real Estate industry for Lucknow location
- To identify potential clients who are keen on expanding/purchasing new property.
- Assisting clients with evaluation of offers, negotiating terms and deal closure.
- On Site visit with clients for specific requirements in terms of admin and regulatory requirements.
- Completion and submission of necessary forms.
- Assisting and motivating the junior executives in converting the leads into sales.
- Take the Client to the site and show them the plot as per their requirement.
- Team hurdle and review of each team members.
- Associating new Business Partners and follow-ups on regular basis.
- Establish and maintain relationship with the existing and new clients.
- Daily monitoring & follow up process for driving sales through the Channel Partners, Brokers or Freelancers.
