Senior Manager - Ad Operations (15-20 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and enter media plan information into systems, test creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling, launching and optimising of online advertising campaigns
- Forward creative specs to creative agencies and ensure creative is built correctly
- Responsible for executing tag generation and implementation (creative and conversion tags) as well as report generation as per the campaign schedule
- Troubleshooting creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under your management
- Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers
Skills/Qualifications :
- Ideally the candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 15+ year relevant experience in ad traffic (A graduate with the right skills will be considered for the role)
- Ability to investigate, analyse and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
- Should have handled a fairly decent team of 5-10 members (a mix of junior and senior team members)
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail, well organised and possesses the ability to prioritise multiples tasks under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
- Strong Excel proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of adserving technology vendors (DFA, Sizmek, Atlas) tools and systems is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, flash and JavaScript would be an asset
- Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential
