We're hiring Senior Manager - Acquisition (Loyalty program) for Fintech Company, Gurgaon location.
Exp : 8-10 yrs
Salary budget upto max 25 LPA
Required Skills : Client Acquisition, Data Analysis, Loyalty Program Experience, Sales Strategies, Marketing Plans
Experience Required :
- Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required - scope and duration
- Critical : Minimum +8 years of industry experience.
- Minimum Qualification : Graduate
- Masters in Sales and marketing Preferred

- Good Understanding of Retail loyalty/Employee rewards/Trade loyalty or services business
- Good understanding of different industries in India
- Should be able versatile and adaptable
- Client engagement skills to enhance existing business
- Sales acumen

- Project management & execution skills
- Good presentation skills.
- Good understanding of MS office - power point/excel
- Excellent Written and verbal communication
- Assertive
- Ability to understand complex business processes
- Ability to analyze data
- Should be experienced in Loyalty programme (Any industry experience will work)
- Should be open to travel - once weekly at the cost of company
- Should have some connects with existing clients and should know hunting
- Notice period- Immediate to max 30 days only Notice period
