Senior Manage/Manager - Sales - Media (7-12 yrs)
Job Description:
- The role will require for Hunting & Farming both, relationship management & account management. The customer portfolios will be C Suites executives, Investor, community, Corporates.
- As part of the role the incumbent will work towards nurturing accounts & offer solutions in form of value to customers. Our offerings could range from Events, Trainings, Data products & services, online solutions, content solutions & more.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Attending client meetings & delivering sales presentations to customers
- Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure sales increase
- Over achieving sales targets
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
